Company: WinLogically
At WinLogically, we operate on the principles of logic, transparency, and high-stakes confidentiality. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, process, and protect your data when you visit WinLogically.com or book our consulting services.
1. Data Minimization & Entity Statement
In compliance with global data protection laws (including GDPR and India’s DPDP Act), we practice Data Minimization. We only collect the specific information necessary to provide tactical resilience consulting. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data.
2. Information We Collect
To facilitate our “One-Click” booking and high-impact sessions, we collect:
- Identification Data: Name, email address, and professional title.
- Communication Data: Phone number (required for audio-first sessions) and records of our 1-on-1 correspondence.
- Consulting Intake Data: Information regarding your “pressure points” or goals provided during the booking process via TidyCal.
- Payment Data: We use PayPal Business for international transactions. WinLogically does not store your credit card numbers; all financial data is handled securely by the payment processor.
- Technical Data: IP addresses and referral tags (UTMs) used by our outreach team to track the effectiveness of our sales representatives.
3. Audio-First & NLP Consulting Privacy
- Confidentiality: All sessions are strictly confidential. We do not record audio/video calls without your explicit, recorded consent at the start of a session.
- No AI Training: Unlike “mass-market” platforms, your session data and voice interactions are never used to train AI models or voice algorithms.
- NLP Protocols: Information shared during Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) exercises is used solely for your structural mental optimization and is not stored in a searchable database.
4. How We Use Your Data
- Service Delivery: To schedule and conduct your 30-minute sessions.
- Operational Logic: To process the introductory fee or standard fee.
- Professional Alignment: To maintain a “Refund Registry.” If a client exercises our 70% refund policy, we retain their email address solely to enforce our permanent ineligibility rule for future bookings.
5. Third-Party Data Processors
We utilize high-tier infrastructure to manage your experience:
- Scheduling: TidyCal (AppSumo/Original SDK).
- Payments: PayPal Business.
- CRM & Outreach: [EspoCRM / HubSpot] (Hosted on Namecheap).
- Hosting: Namecheap (US-based or International servers).
6. International Data Transfers
As an India-based consultancy serving global clients, your data may be processed in servers located in the United States or the European Union. By using our services, you consent to this cross-border transfer, which is protected by standard contractual clauses (SCCs) and high-level encryption.
7. Your Rights & Data Control
Under 2026 privacy regulations, you have the right to:
- Access & Portability: Request a copy of the data we hold on you.
- Correction: Update inaccurate professional information.
- Erasure: Request the deletion of your data (subject to our internal “Refund Registry” requirements).
- Opt-Out: Stop receiving 1-on-1 outreach from our sales representatives at any time.
8. Security Measures
WinLogically employs SSL encryption (Sectigo/Let’s Encrypt), multi-factor authentication (MFA) for our CRM, and strict access controls for our sales representatives to prevent unauthorized data access.
