3. Audio-First & NLP Consulting Privacy

• Confidentiality: All sessions are strictly confidential. We do not record audio/video calls without your explicit, recorded consent at the start of a session.
• No AI Training: Unlike “mass-market” platforms, your session data and voice interactions are never used to train AI models or voice algorithms.
• NLP Protocols: Information shared during Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) exercises is used solely for your structural mental optimization and is not stored in a searchable database.

• Operational Logic: To process the introductory fee or standard fee.
• Professional Alignment: To maintain a “Refund Registry.” If a client exercises our 70% refund policy, we retain their email address solely to enforce our permanent ineligibility rule for future bookings.

• Payments: PayPal Business.
