Refund & Professional Alignment Policy

At WinLogically, we provide high-intensity, logical mental optimization for high-achievers. Our methodology is built on speed, structural resilience, and mutual professional alignment. To maintain the integrity of our schedule and the quality of our results, we enforce the following refund and cancellation protocols.
1. The “First Session” 70% Guarantee
We understand that high-stakes consulting requires a perfect fit between the strategist and the client. Therefore, we offer a specialized refund for first-time introductory sessions only.
- Eligibility: If, after completing your first 30-minute session, you determine that our logical methodology is not aligned with your objectives, you may request a refund.
- The 70% Rule: We will issue a 70% refund of the initial fee.
- The Retained 30%: The remaining 30% is strictly non-refundable. This avoids spam bookings, covers the administrative costs, payment processing fees (PayPal), and the opportunity cost of the reserved calendar slot.
2. Permanent Ineligibility Clause
WinLogically operates on a “Mutual Alignment” model. A refund request is an explicit statement that our logical framework is not a fit for your cognitive style.
- The Consequence: To prevent future waste of time for both parties, any client who receives a refund is permanently disqualified from booking future sessions, sprints, or packages with WinLogically. Your email will be added to our “Alignment Registry” to enforce this restriction.
3. Ongoing Sessions & Packages
This refund policy applies exclusively to the first session.
- Confirmation of Fit: Booking a second session, or purchasing a 4-week “Resilience Sprint” package, serves as your legal confirmation that you are satisfied with the WinLogically methodology.
- Non-Refundable Status: All subsequent sessions, bulk packages, and monthly retainers are 100% non-refundable.
4. Attendance & No-Show Policy
Because we operate a high-efficiency calendar, your session time is locked the moment payment is confirmed.
- Rescheduling: You may reschedule your session via the link in your confirmation email up to 24 hours before the start time.
- Late Changes/No-Shows: Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the session, or failure to join the audio call within 10 minutes of the start time, will result in a forfeited session. No refunds will be issued for no-shows.
5. How to Process a Refund
To request your 70% introductory refund, you must send an email within 24 hours of your session completion.
