1. Contractual Agreement

By accessing WinLogically.com and booking our consulting services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms govern the relationship between WinLogically (the “Consultancy”) and you (the “Client”). If you do not agree to these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

2. Nature of Service: “The WinLogically Framework”

WinLogically provides tactical resilience and peak performance consulting.

• Logical Methodology: Our services are based on Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and structural cognitive optimization.
• Anti-Guru Disclaimer: We do not provide spiritual, mystical, or religious guidance. We do not provide medical, psychiatric, or psychological therapy.
• Operational Focus: Our goal is to improve professional decision-making and mental clarity under pressure. Results are dependent on the Client’s implementation of discussed strategies.

3. Session Protocols & Formatting

To maintain maximum efficiency and respect for high-stakes schedules, the following formatting rules are absolute:

• Audio-First Mandate: Standard sessions are conducted via audio call only. This ensures rapid accessibility (usually within 24–36 hours) and removes visual distractions to focus on logical output.
• Video Session Restrictions: Video sessions are available only upon special request and are subject to a 3-day mandatory lead time and specific scheduling windows.
• Duration: All standard sessions are strictly 30 minutes.

4. Financial Terms & Payments

• Standard Investment: The standard rate is $100 per 30-minute session.
• Introductory Rate: First-time clients may book a single “Alignment Session” for $50.
• Payment Processor: All international payments are handled securely via PayPal Business. A session is not confirmed until the payment is successfully cleared.
• Currency: All transactions are processed in USD unless otherwise specified.

5. Refund & Alignment Policy

• 70% Guarantee: A 70% refund is available exclusively for the first introductory session if requested within 24 hours of completion.
• Permanent Ineligibility: Requesting a refund serves as a mutual acknowledgment of non-alignment. Clients who receive a refund are permanently restricted from booking future sessions with WinLogically.
• Ongoing Sessions: All sessions booked after the initial introductory session are 100% non-refundable.

6. Attendance, Cancellations & No-Shows

• The 24-Hour Rule: You may reschedule your session up to 24 hours before the start time using the link in your confirmation email.
• Late Forfeiture: Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the session are non-refundable.
• No-Shows: If the Client is not present within 10 minutes of the scheduled start time, the session is forfeited without a refund.

7. Confidentiality & Intellectual Property

• Mutual Discretion: Both parties agree to keep all business strategies and personal data shared during sessions strictly confidential.
• Recording Prohibition: Clients are strictly prohibited from recording audio or video sessions without the express, written consent of WinLogically.
• Proprietary Content: All PDF summaries, logical frameworks, and “WinLogically” materials provided are the intellectual property of the Consultancy and may not be distributed or resold.

8. Limitation of Liability

WinLogically shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect loss of revenue, business opportunities, or data resulting from the use of our consulting strategies. The Client retains full responsibility for all professional and personal decisions made following a session.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
